Rosie’s Home Cookin’

Rosie’s was designed for a retro Americano atmosphere, and Hester was pleased to be involved in the project. The Hester team patched and painted all ceilings and soffits, and prepped, filled nail holes, sealed, and varnished all new wainscoting throughout the restaurant.
In addition, we patched and painted all walls throughout the restaurant, including both bathrooms per the plans provided.

One of the highlights is definitely the bar/counter area. It was originally stained woodwork, that we transformed into the eye catching end result by filling holes and then spraying with a stain blocking primer(as it existed in a wood finish), and then spraying the finish with the lime green WB alkyd urethane.

It was a simple project, but it was still an important project because of the support that Rosie’s provides for veterans.
