Hester Painting & Decorating is proud to present the grand opening of the latest Davanti Enoteca location in Lincolnwood, Illinois. It is a wine bar and restaurant with contemporary twists on rustic Italian cuisine. The restaurant opened in December of 2023 in the brand-new District 1860 multi-use development.
Hester’s team performed the following work in this beautiful new space.
- Sprayed over 2500 square feet of exposed ceiling.
- Applied a gorgeous new specialty finish called Scuffmaster Vapor in the wine cellar and on the restaurant walls.
- Installed 27” Italian Luxury vinyl wallcovering in the Private Dining Room and in the Entry Vestibule. Both are from Arte’s (pronounced Art-tay) wallcovering collection.
- Painted floating drywall ceiling above the bar.
- Painted doors, frames, and walls throughout.
- Fixed carpentry issues by custom-matching the stain and refinishing any flaws throughout. This allowed for a quality final finish.
In addition to the gorgeous finished product, this was also a testimonial to Hester’s ability to work with the client on their deadline and work around many other trades for the incredibly rushed job. They wanted to open the restaurant in time for the holidays, and we made sure our portion of the work was completed in time for them to hit their goals.
