Adyen Chicago Office Tenant Improvement

The design team for this striking office space was Partners by Design, and they also made these beautiful photos available for us to use. Hester’s scope of work included painting all surfaces, spraying the exposed ceilings throughout, and installing absolutely unique wallcoverings. Below you will see a few photos of our work and a description of the work performed by Hester Painting & Decorating.

Hester Painting & Decorating’s craftsmen had a hand in almost every finish in this area, including installing the wallcovering on the stairway walls, spraying the exposed ceiling for the industrial look, prepping and spraying the stairway steel black, and prepping and painting the millwork and green wall.

Hester painted the exposed ceilings and all other painted finishes in this area.

Hester’s team of union painters applied an Ultra Deep base finish on Trim, Ceilings, and Walls (all different sheen levels). We also applied a level 5 finish to the walls and ceilings/soffits in this room and primed and painted the walls to create perfect walls, so the deep base/dark colored walls, ceilings, and trim showed no imperfections. The highlight of this room is the Scratch & Sniff Bananas wallpaper. Hester installed this great smelling Flavor Paper named

B-A-N-A-N-A-S. You can see our case study on this amazingly unique wallpaper installation on this page.
