Hester Painting & Decorating recently completed the painting scope for this full lobby renovation, visible from the first three floors:
- Our General Contractor client for this project was BLC Construction. It was completed during regular business hours, with project management working closely with tenants daily to maintain foot traffic and minimize disruptions.
- In addition to our scope of work, which included painting the walls, ceilings, doors, frames and elevators, the GC also completed this list below.
- New ceramic floor tile was installed.
- Glass railings were replaced.
- Woodworking fabrication was done over existing granite on walls.
- New LED fixtures were installed throughout the hallway.
- Accent light fixtures were suspended from the third-floor ceiling.
