Congratulations to “The Chicago Board of Trade” for winning the Buildings Owner’s and Manager’s Association (BOMA) Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award under the local division now two years in a row. This advances them to the regional competition, where they compete against other local division winners out of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio.
The BOMA TOBY Awards has three levels of competition. The competition begins at the BOMA local association level, winning entries advance from there to the regional level and, finally, regional winners advance to the international level. The winner of the international competition will be presented at the BOMA International Conference hosted in Los Angeles, CA June 29th, 2015.
In addition to the three levels of competition, there are several categories to enter and win in. The Board of Trade was honored with winning under the “Renovated Building” category. To view the requirements to enter the “Renovated Building” category click here.
