Hester Painting & Decorating completed a large-scale commercial painting project at Centennial Park West in Orland Park, IL, for Reed Construction. This comprehensive project involved both interior and exterior painting under a tight deadline due to concert schedules. Despite coordinating with multiple contractors, the team successfully met the timeline.
Interior Work
- Painted a 2,200 sq. ft. space, including a full-service kitchen/lounge, band rooms, and a band management office with unique accents.
- Finished dressing rooms, bathrooms, and metal doors with enamel, and sprayed exposed ceilings in storage and mechanical rooms.
- Block-filled and painted CMU and concrete walls from floor to ceiling.
Exterior Work
- Applied a high-performance coating system to 5,862 sq. ft. of structural steel, 3,263 sq. ft. of exposed decking, and 2,599 sq. ft. backstage.
- Work extended to heights up to 80 ft. using advanced equipment like boom lifts.
